Order Cancellations

Order Modification/Cancellation:

To modify your order from the NicStick online ordering system, go to your shopping cart and either change quantity of product(s) selected or click on the small trash can below product image to delete product or click on edit button near trash can to change quantity then select update cart from the summary page.

If you need assistance to change your order please contact your NicStick Representative – Michael Young to change/modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing your order. Orders that have been picked/packed/shipped cannot be cancelled. However, you can request a product exchange once you receive your order.
