NicStick offers free shipping to all Smoker Friendly stores for NicStick orders either placed online or via sent via email from Smoker Friendly corporate.

The expected delivery time for domestic orders will vary depending on location of where the package is being sent but will be received between 3-7 business days.

NicStick/Young Business Solutions Returns address:

First, contact your NicStick Representative to request a returns authorization on the items you wish to return (RMA). We will not accept any returns not accompanied by a RMA.

Order Modification/Cancellation: To modify your order simply contact your NicStick Representative – Michael Young to change/modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing your order. Orders that have been picked/packed/shipped cannot be cancelled. However, you can request a product exchange once you receive your order.
